Before you submit your activation/porting request, make sure you have the following information

  • Account Number

You will need the account number from the carrier that is currently servicing your phone number. For some providers, you may find this on your phone bill, for others, you have to contact them and request it

  • Account PIN

You will need the 4 to 12 digit Personal Identification number for the account. You may retrieve the PIN from the carrier servicing your phone number.

It is not identical with your phone's PIN, or with your online account login with your current provider

Some providers generate this PIN on your request, and it's valid for 7 days only

  • Account Holder Address

If you're porting to our Red or Pink network, we will need the current address of the account holder. The account holder's name and address appears on the phone service bill.
