Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for our network partners to update their systems after SIM card activation.
If it has been more than 24 hours since your SIM card was activated, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Verify airplane mode is turned off.
1.1 Press and hold the Power key.
1.2 If "Turn off Airplane mode" displays, tap it to disable Airplane mode.
2. Verify your phone is connected to the FreeMii Network
2.1 Go to Settings
2.2 Look for "Network & Internet" (or a similar section)
2.3 See if there is anything listed under "Mobile Network". If so tap through, if not, please let us know.
2.4 Once inside your Mobile Network setting, please make sure Mobile Data is enabled
3. Perform a soft reset.
3.1 Turn your phone off.
3.2 Remove the battery (if possible). After 10 seconds, reinsert the battery.
3.3 Turn your phone back on.
4. You may need to adjust your APN settings. Please follow the appropriate instructions for your device at https://support.freemii.com/support/solutions/folders/65000153861
