Please, go to and complete the activation steps
  •  make sure you use the same email address as the one you signed up with
  • check if you used the correct ICCID (SIM ID) 
  • and an eligible smartphone with IMEI; hotspot/tabs are currently not supported
  • if you want to keep/port out your current phone number, make sure you use the correct Account number and PIN with your current provider; this PIN is usually neither the last 4 digit of your phone number, nor that of your phone. If in doubt, contact your current provider, please.
Activation is not an instant process, it can take between 15 minutes and 3 business days.
